if you are planing to sell your home sherri is an excellent agent who does what ever is necessary to get your home sold . as a homeowner and investor in several states I have worked with dozens of realtors and know what I expect from an agent. sheri communicated very well and listened to what I expected her to do with my property. the photos were great highlighting the most important features, the advertising covered many bases, as requested she held multiple open houses (I believe to be important in todays market). my property was in escrow within 3 weeks . i was never in Florida from the time it was listed by sheri and when it closed escrow, she handled all the details and always returned my phone calls promptly. sharp and fun to work with.
